TLR9 Ligands
InvivoGen Kontakt z doradcąToll-like receptor 9 (TLR9) recognizes specific unmethylated CpG motifs prevalent in microbial but not vertebrate genomic DNA leading to innate and acquired immune responses.
Microbial DNA immunostimulatory effects can be mimicked by synthetic oligodeoxynucleotides containing these CpG motifs (CpG ODNs).
Three major classes of CpG ODNs have been identified: classes A, B and C, which differ in their immunostimulatory activities. Choose the right class of CpG ODN.
