They have been selected for their ability to efficiently neutralize the biological activity of IFN- λs.
These antibodies are produced in hybridomas and purified by affinity chromatography.
Their neutralizing activity is validated using the HEK-Blue™ IFN-α/β cell line, which detects type I and type III IFNs.
