The ESR is determined by measuring, in millimeters per hour, the distance red cells have fallen after separating from the plasma in a vertical sed-rate pipette. The manual test takes 60 minutes to completed.
Product Information
The glass pipette can be use to withdraw blood from any kind of test-tube. Direct suction system to allow the lab-technician, by pulling the internal piston upwards, to let the blood column reach the “0” level, with automatic stop. The pipette is graduated from “0” to “180”, with a transparent background for immediate reading. The rack can hold ten pipettes in pre-numbered position and ensures every pipette a perfectly vertical position.
