LEVATOOLS DNA Polymerase 5U/µl

This enzyme is a highly purified version of Biotools DNA Polymerase, free of bacterial DNA sequences, commonly present in extracts of recombinant proteins. 

Levatools DNA Polymerase is suitable for applications which detect and identify bacterial DNA or amplify genomic bacterial DNA, in particular for amplifications of low copy number bacterial target sequences. The absence, from its origin, of any kind of bacterial DNA in this enzyme avoids false-positive results in this kind of samples, commonly present with other DNA Polymerases.The Levatools DNA Polymerase from Biotools facilitates detection of infections and genetic diseases in biological samples.
