The 1 kb DNA Ladder Ready to Use is composed to 14 chromatography-purified individual DNA fragments (in base pairs): 10000, 8000, 6000, 5000, 4000, 3500, 3000, 2500, 2000, 1500, 1000, 750, 500 and 250. The 1000, 3000 and 6000 bp fragments have increased intensity to serve as reference bands

The 1 Kb Ladder Ready to Use is supplied in TE buffer (pH 7.6). The loading buffer is also provided, making the product easier to handle. Final concentration 0,1mg/ml.
