CMV IE-1 peptide QIKVRVDMV (HLA-B*0801) is a single peptide for stimulation of T cells. The peptide from human cytomegalovirus (CMV) Immediate-Early (IE) is synthesized as it is presented by the MHC class I HLA-B*0801 allele and can be used for targeted in vitro generation and expansion of antigen-specific CD8+ T cells. The peptides were purified by HPLC using a water and acetonitrile gradient and are endotoxin-free.
