EBV EBNA-1 peptide HPVGEADYFEY (HLA-B*3501) is a single peptide for stimulation of T cells. The peptide from human Epstein-Barr virus' (EBV) Epstein-Barr nuclear antigen 1 (EBNA-1) is synthesized as it is presented by the MHC class I HLA-B*3501 allele and can be used for targeted in vitro generation and expansion of antigen-specific CD8+ T cells. The peptides were purified by HPLC using a water and acetonitrile gradient and are endotoxin-free.
