EBV EBNA-3A peptide RPPIFIRRL (HLA-B*0702) is a single peptide for stimulation of T cells. The peptide from human Epstein-Barr virus' (EBV) Epstein-Barr nuclear antigen 3A (EBNA-3A) is synthesized as it is presented by the MHC class I HLA-B*0702 allele and can be used for targeted in vitro generation and expansion of antigen-specific CD8+ T cells. The peptides were purified by HPLC using a water and acetonitrile gradient and are endotoxin-free.
