HIV Gag peptide AMQMLKETI (H-2 Kd) is a single peptide for stimulation of T cells. The peptide from human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) group-specific antigen (Gag) is synthesized as it is presented by the MHC class I H-2 Kd allele and can be used for targeted in vitro generation and expansion of antigen-specific CD8+ T cells. The peptides were purified by HPLC using a water and acetonitrile gradient and are endotoxin-free.
