MAGE peptide EGDCAPEEK (HLA-C*0701) is a single peptide for stimulation of T cells. The peptide from melanoma-associated antigen (MAGE) is synthesized as it is presented by the MHC class I HLA-C*0701 allele and can be used for targeted in vitro generation and expansion of antigen-specific CD8+ T cells. The peptides were purified by HPLC using a water and acetonitrile gradient and are endotoxin-free.
