OVA-Q4H7 peptide SIIQFEHL (H-2 Kb) is a single peptide for stimulation of T cells. The peptide from Ovalbumin (OVA) variant Q4H7 is synthesized as it is presented by the MHC class I H-2 Kb allele and can be used for targeted in vitro generation and expansion of antigen-specific CD8+ T cells.
