Lambda/HindIII - 100 lanes (Vial 50 µg)

This generates fragments of 23.1, 9.4, 6.6, 4.4, 2.3, 2.0, 0.6, and 0.1 kb, which can be visualised by staining with ethidium bromide. Fragments marked with an asterisk may anneal and form an additional band which can be separated by incubation at 65 ºC for 5 min plus cooling on ice for 3 min. This marker can be used for DNA quantification.
